The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers are helpful in allowing them time to deliver good quality care increased from 56% to 67% (n=9 pre, n=9 post).

67% of staff agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers freed up some of their time, estimating an average of 66 mins saved by volunteers per interaction (n=9).
