Over the course of the Volunteer to Career project....

The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers are helpful in allowing them time to deliver good quality care increased slightly from 93% to 95% (n=14 pre, n=19 post).

74% of staff agreed that volunteers freed up some of their time, estimating an average of 181 mins saved by volunteers per interaction (n=19).
