The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers are helpful in allowing them time to deliver good quality care increased from 45% to 92% (n=20 pre, n=13 post).

69% of staff agreed that volunteers freed up some of their time, estimating an average of 54 mins saved by volunteers per interaction (n=13).
