The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers are helpful in allowing them time to deliver good quality care increased from 47% to 90% (n=19 pre,18 post).

100% of staff agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers freed up some of their time, estimating an average of 47 mins saved by volunteers per interaction (n=16).
