91% of staff agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers improve the working life of staff (n=11 post).

The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers supported them to feel less stressed when they were busy increased slightly from 80% to 82% (n=15 pre, n=11 post).
