Over the course of the Volunteer to Career project....

The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers improve the working life of staff improved slightly from 93% to 95% (n=14 pre, n=19 post).

The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers supported them to feel less stressed when they were busy increased from 79% to 89% (n=14 pre, n=19 post).
