Over the course of the Volunteer to Career project....
The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers improve the working life of staff improved from 60% to 77% (n=20 pre, n=13 post).
The proportion of staff agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers supported them to feel less stressed when they were busy increased from 40% to 77% (n=20 pre, n=13 post).
