Over the course of the Volunteer to Career project....

The proportion of staff agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers improve the working life of staff improved from 62% to 67% (n=13 pre, n=15 post).

The proportion of staff agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers supported them to feel less stressed when they were busy improved from 46% to 53% (n=13 pre, n=15 post).
