Over the course of the Volunteer to Career project....

The proportion of staff agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers improve the working life of staff improved from 45% to 64% (n=11 pre, n=14 post).

The proportion of staff agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers supported them to feel less stressed when they were busy improved from 55% to 57% (n=11 pre, n=14 post).
