Over the course of the Volunteer to Career project....
The proportion of staff agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers improve the working life of staff increased from 30% to 87% (n=20 pre, n=15 post).The proportion of staff agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers supported them to feel less stressed when they were busy increased from 40% to 53% (n=20 pre, n=15 post).
