The proportion of staff agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers improve the working life of staff increased from 71% to 95% (n=14 pre, n=19 post).The proportion of staff agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers supported them to feel less stressed when they were busy increased from 64% to 84% (n=14 pre, n=19 post).
