Over the course of the Volunteer to Career project....

The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers improve the working life of staff increased from 33% to 50%.

The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers are a key part of the team increased from 22% to 70%.

The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers supported them to feel less stressed when they were busy increased from 22% to 50%.
