The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers improve the working life of staff increased from 42% to 94%.

The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers are a key part of the team increased from 37% to 100%.

The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers supported them to feel less stressed when they were busy increased from 37% to 94%.
