Over the course of the Volunteer to Career project....

The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers improve the working life of staff increased from 66% to 90%.
The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers are a key part of the team increased from 72% to 95%.
The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers supported them to feel less stressed when they were busy increased from 59% to 90%.
