Over the course of the Volunteer to Career project....

The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers improve the working life of staff increased from 44% to 82%.

The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers supported them to feel less stressed when they were busy increased from 50% to 91%.
