Improved volunteer sense of satisfaction and meaningfulness in the daily lives

​The average life satisfaction scores for volunteers improved from 6.5 to 8.4 (n=8 pre, n=9 post)

Volunteers also reported higher levels of meaningfulness in their lives after the programme. The average score of meaning in life increased from 6.5 to 8.2 (n=8 pre, n=9 post).
