Evidenced Outcome

Perceived reduction in need to approach healthcare providers for support

Evidence point

50% of service users reported that they would have approached a healthcare provider for support if the hubs were not available.

This included 38% who said they would approach their GP, 18% mental health services, 10% 111, 9% NHS community teams, 4% local hospital and 3% 999. Service users were able to select multiple sources of support they would have approached, so responses are not mutually exclusive.
