46% of guests reported that they would have approached a healthcare provider for support if the The Lighthouse was not available.

This included 40% who said they would approach their GP, 17% mental health services, 13% local hospital, 11% 999, 11% NHS community teams and 10% 111. Guests were able to select multiple sources of support they would have approached, so responses are not mutually exclusive.
